This privacy policy applies to the Slate Chalk app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Terminal Classes (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
The Application does not collect any personal information from users. However, it does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

The Application may request permissions to access your device's storage. This is strictly used to allow you to save your drawings to your gallery or share them with others. We do not access any other files on your device.
Since we do not collect personal data, we do not retain any user data on our servers. All drawings created within the app are stored locally on your device or in your own cloud storage if you choose to share/upload them manually.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
